The team at Mondo Nougat wish to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe and happy Easter.

Please be advised that we will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Sunday but open on Easter Saturday and Easter Monday.  Opening times will be 9.30am - 5.00pm both days.

We will also be open on Anzac Day from 9.30am to 5.30pm.

As some of you may have noticed our online shop is back for 2010! Today is the last day to grab our Australia day special so act quickly.

In store for this year is the introduction of our very own, shiny new enrober to chocolate coat your favourite nougat in some premium chocolate varieties. For Easter this year stop thinking just chocolate and start thinking chocolate nougat... tastings available soon from the factory.

Following a successful trial of some new flavours late last year we have decided to do a special run of the very popular Ginger & Almond and Apple & Cinnamon varieties.

On a more personal note Alfonso finally gave in to the pressure (and pain we're guessing) and had surgery on his shoulder last week. Everything went well and our thanks to everyone who has sent their well wishes. He will of course not be far away (contrary to the doctors orders) for long, even if it's just for a coffee and fresh gelato.

We look forward to another exciting year ahead and to welcoming you to the Swan Valley and into our Nougat & Chocolate Factory soon.

Following an absolutely amazing response to our recent email offer we are looking at partnering with various Swan Valley wineries in early 2010 to bring you all some special offers.

In the meantime remember to have all orders in by the 19th of December for delivery this side of 2010.

Unfortunately international orders are no longer being accepted for 2009 delivery.

Also please note that our online shop will be closing on the 19th of December and returning in February after a much needed upgrade following the huge success of the last 12 months.

Unfortunately following recent changes in the way that New Zealand Biosecurity legislation is being interpreted Mondo Nougat wishes to advise all customers travelling to New Zealand or looking at sending Mondo Nougat to New Zealand that our product, due to the high percentage of honey, will now be confiscated upon arrival into New Zealand.

Our best suggestion is it to consider immigrating to Western Australia, especially the Swan Valley to get your daily fix.

The Mondo Nougat Online Store has stopped processing orders for 2008. All orders received over the break will be processed as soon as we get back with dispatched expected on Tuesday the 13th January 2009.

Mondo Nougat was very proud to receive a special mention at the Food Industry Association award night. Over 400 guests filled the Burswood Convention Centre to enjoy and evening of the best food and wine from all over Western Australia. Mondo Nougat was of course the perfect finish to a perfect meal. Mondo Nougat would like to congratulate Anchor Foods for winning the 2008 Wespac Best Business Award and to thank all the team at the FIA for a great night.
